About Miss C

Consuelo Julien has a passion for health, wellness and personal
development. It was this passion that inspired her to study to become a
registered nutrition health specialist while working her day job in the
corporate world.

Never satisfied to remain stagnant in any area of her life, there’s no
doubt she inherited her parents’ penchant for taking risks, most notably
when moving the family from their native Trinidad & Tobago to Montreal,
Canada when Consuelo was 12 years old.

Based in Toronto for over 30 years, Consuelo currently coaches on best
practices for detoxification, weight management, and personal
development.

When not working, you’ll find Consuelo enjoying her favourite music and
going for walks with her dog, Caper.
